KINGS REST
Kings Rest is an enormous medieval movie set located in a
deserted beach area on the west coast of USA. The set was made in connection to
the filming of the TV series ”Swords of Passion”. The city is now overtaken and
populated by freaks who go on with their usual lives, isolated from the rest of
the world – if the rest of the world still exists; no one knows. The city castle is inhabited
by a small group of absurdly rich families who hate the rest of the population of Kings Rest.
No one in the city knows why the filming of "Swords of Passion" stopped, and many
don’t even know that the filming has stopped. The isolated life in the royal
city goes on: sunbathing and surfing in the daytime, partying,
drinking and killing in the nighttime. In Kings Rest everybody
is crazy in their own way.
